suggest a driving tip to stop alto jerking when changing from 1st to 2nd gear.

Salaam Everyone!

Regarding your question, it may seem that either you installed a fresh new clutch plate or the clutch plate is worn out.

Anyway, what you can do is slowly release the clutch so that the gear can become at par with the speed of the engine. This will reduce jerk.
