Alto gasket problem

Alto gasket problem

my colleague has a alto, 100,000km's driven (useful life over for suzuki )
first hand well kept. one fine morning around 6 in the morning(pretty cold) the car started missing on the highway and stopped.car temp was normal.
when radiator cap opened, oil and water had mixed. blown gasket

gasket replaced, water body replaced, timing belt bearing replaced. car was back on the road
hardly a month passed and he was again on highway, car did the same thing.engine temperature was normal.opened cap, oil and water mixed again

how the hell is a cold engine blowing gaskets ? what can be wrong
i already towed his car 2 times in odd timings

it maybe a bad headgasket or some other failure of the gasket - like the oil feed line or return line has cracked through and is seeping into the coolant lines - This is usually caused by not using coolant, not using a T-Stat and not burping the system when filling - scale and deposits in the cooling passages cause hotspots in the engine which can warp it, It may also be due to a badly cast head too. Or it maybe just because of under tightening of the head bolts (may happen if more than one mechanic was working on the car at one time)

Have the head removed and checked at a head repair shop - they would be able to see the crack seeping oil/coolant etc.

Remove and have it checked again
