Alto Problem Please Help Guys!

Hello Guys,
I have a Suzuki ALto 2007(new look), I Had installed Alloy Rims 12" and wider Tyres in it (Tyres radials size 165-70-R12)

Since the past few weeks i have been hearing a sound from the front suspension when the car is on the gravel or Kachi ground i.e. whenever the suspension has to move rapidly . the sound is a (gurr-gurr-gurr) sound..jesay kisi cheez mein koi play araha ho ...

I showed it to a workshop they made a long list that Steering box is needing work and bush and bearing and transmission n balljoint n stuff

i dont even drive rough, how can sooo much work come in a car thats driven with such care

I cant show it to the suzuki dealer because they're saying stupid stuff that you've voided your warranty because of the RIMS and TYRES !!

can sumone suggest me what could be wrong .. the steering or what??
The car runs silently on Paved road, even in speedbreakers and potholes it doesnt make noise
kachi road etc pe aati hay awaz

Are you using the stock struts? or have you changed them with different ones?

I don't think that its the ball joint and bearing stuff. Its a 2007 model.

The sound comes when the top nut of strut is not fully tighten therefore it will bang against the strut mount and you will hear the gurrrrrr sound.

Happened to my car, changed the front struts but the mechanic thought that the nut is fully tighten, but it was not and there was only .25 inch gap (he saw that later)and gurrr sound start coming on rough roads but it was okay on smooth road. When the nut was fully tighten the sound was gone.

I would suggest check the strut nut first.
