Alto Problem. Please Help

hello everyone
i would like help with a problem

i have an alto 2007, and whenever i start the car, the engine stalls on idle until the Temperature needle reaches half way which does so after a long time, or when i apply too much Throttle. to get the needle to between Cold n hot, i have to give too much throttle, for a long time....
warna the car keeps on stalling and turning off when i try to drive it.

I have another alto 2007 and that car doesnt have this problem

THis problem is on CNG as well as Petrol
could it be because of something called the "thermostat" or similar inside the car?

can someone tell me what could be the problem and its solution

Buddy the 'race' is already enough ... i have an RPM meter installed in the car, n when the car is idle its needle is in between 1 and 2 .... so that means its around more than enough, if i increase it more, it'll affect milage i suppose, wont it ?

could it be the thermostat which heats up the engine
ya phir current na milraha ho ??
