Alto problems......can someone help plz

hello everyone i have bought a second hand 2001 Alto VXR cng 2 days before... but just after purchasing i realized that it is not picking up speed more than 80-90 KPh ... is this the total speed of a 5 year old alto on cng?...

the car is also making horrible noise whenever i speed the car and on 80-90 speed it sounds as if some plane is on takeoff... its making more noise like a bike without silencor...

thirdly the car is getting very much overheated too after i stop it.....

plz can someone recommend any serious solution which i can do? im willing to spend decent money on that crap car but just want to get an estimate how much will it cost to rectify these three problems ...can someone plz guide?

The CNG valve needs to be adjusted to release more gas than the existing...all the three problems indicates the same! Also do check the condition of exhaust muffler (Dholki)
