Alto Starting Problem!!

My alto has a starting problem since i bought it. I was told that it is a problem which is in every alto.
"The problem is that every morning when i start the car on CNG it starts well just like every other car. But the problem is that in the morning the engine is cold so the race is a bit lower which causes the car to turn off if i do not constantly press the accelerator paddle; as in alto there is no electronic system, instead it has a choke system. And if by mistake it turns off u can never ever start the car on CNG. So i have to convert it to petrol and then run on it until the temperature gauge rises above 1/3rd. Only then i can convert it to CNG otherwise if i do that mistake again it would again turn off, and while driving in on a busy road it is impossible to continuously press the accelerator as you have to apply the brakes sometimes."
Hope anyone got my point.
