Assistance required for Corolla 2002 Auto
I bought a SE Saloon 2002 Corolla, auto, CNG. Previously I've driven manual transmission cars and this is first time I've opted for Auto. I've some queries for which I would need expert advice from PW Users:fficeffice" />
1) I need to change the plugs, which one suits this model
2) As it is 2002 model, which areas shall I give priority to have it changed like wiring, etc
3) Is it advisable to run this engine on CNG
4) How to run auto car on higher RPM while driving through pool of rain water. (With Manual it is very easy, put in 1st or 2nd gear pressing half clutch and drive through)
5) How to get optimum performance from Auto Transmission Car.
Thank You!

As Sir NDA, BKR5EYA-11 is no, as Denso, K16R-U11, IK16, VK16 regularly, iridium power and tough with a hole of 1.1.
Do not worry in the rain water, the car will adjust to the speed gear or the "L" to keep, that's first or "S" second gear, good for towing or climbing in the Civic the "2", locks the shift in 2nd gear is good for the acceleration.
Keep the car's electrical system in top condition, you can not jump start if the battery failed.
Do not rest your foot on the brake while accelerating and not excessive as to change the shift position, leave it in "D" and let your foot off the accelrator while the transmission is changing, as we do in the manual cars it will confuse torque converter, stable, gear, listening to the opposite bubble indicator and not look down while moving, while parking, the handbrake to pull and then shift into "P" mode, in long files shift to "N" will loosen the link and save some fuel.
Get a check made 100K from South Toyota engines will not cost much, they will check all filters, fluids, electrical, valve clearance, belts, brakes, fuel lines, A / C and heating, ECU etc.
CNG is ok, gets a nice EFI kit, if possible, a sequential one with inflex 50kg cylinder, the work done by a competent installer, I can recommend one, keep your air filter and battery / spark plugs in top condition for CNG and petrol run after every 500km.
And please do not drag an EXI PROSMATEC, lose.
And congratulations to the end, you have bought a better car than a 0 meters XLI half the price, believe me and take good care of.
