ATF for Japanese 660 cc Alto

ATF for Japanese 660 cc Alto

This is my first auto transmission car that I purchased last year. Please tell me following :-
1. ATF change interval and how to check if its due for change. The dip stick has no of cuts and two markings for hot and cold. At present the level is upto the top most cut with H marking even when checked with a cold transmission. Is it over filled.
2. If change is due, which ATF is suited for Suzuki Alto's auto transmission? (There is no owners manual and even if it was there, its supposed to be in Japanese.)
3. Can I change it myself and does it have a drain plug? Is there any oil filter or strainer? If yes , when should it be changed?
4. Any other guidance.

I will get the info for u and will tell u as I m also owner of Suzuki Kei which have the same engine as of alto. I have a Japaneee manual of Kei and also a manual of Alto which came with my altos.
We can ask Japanese Members of gari.pk to help for translation.
