Authority Letter to Receiver Delivery of Kia

Salam,

I hope you guys are doing well, I have a question I have not yet received my KIA Picanto it had a late delivery in December and I’m still waiting for the car after several delays.

The car was booked under my fathers name and now He has to go to another country and He won’t be back for another 2 months. Because He is leaving the country He asked the dealership can my son receive the car as I’m leaving the country. Their answer was straight no.

I mean how this is fair they delayed the delivery of the car several times now they are doing this to us.

I want to know what will be the solution. Can I write them the Authority Letter will that work Please guide me as I’m worried about this situation If anyone can help? I will be grateful

There is nothing to worry about you can receive delivery of the vehicle on someones behalf by just using the Authority Letter.

You just have to buy the stamp paper and it is like an affidavit Im not sure if you are familiar with it.
Basically, it states that the concerned person allows another person to take possession of the vehicle on their behalf.

You would need to attach a copy of your CNIC with it.
