Average 13.5 Km/l is showing by my Alto

Hi,
I bought latest Alto VXR 2022. 1200 KM is its total running. I have been deal with one free service from Suzuki dealer.
I want to ask a question regarding my car when I am driving in a traffic, the Alto gives 13.5KM/L. can anyone tell me why is it? As I known that its 18~20 KM/L AVG in the study.
Kindly tell me about this if anyone know.

The meter of car is not accurate. You have to driving the car continuously. The average will increase slowly. You can also reset this meter. Do this when driving at a same speed on broad road. Long press the meter button and reset it to zero. It will give accurate reading. Average will increase and decrease based on your driving. You can get more accurate measurements if you fill up the tank fully. You should drive as you do normally. After 300 kms, fill up your tank again to the top of filler neck. Preferably use the exact same pump as well from you filler earlier. You have to note down how many litters go into the tank, divide the 300 km by the number of liters to take a more exact fuel average.
