B Series and K Series Engine for Honda car

Hello there,

I was wondering if you could help me out with some information about Honda cars in Pakistan. Specifically, Im curious to know if there have been any models, like the Civic o r Accord, that came with B-series o r K-series engines as their stock version.

Also, Im looking for a reliable source to find precise details about the Pakistani Honda models. The spec sheets on Gari are helpful, but they often lack some important information, such as the exact engine model.

Walaikum Assalam!

No B series ever made it to our local market. You wont come across any stock, imported B series Honda here theyve all been swapped.

The Accord CL7 was equipped with the K20 engine, while the CL9 had the K24. Both these models were imported none were locally assembled.

In the early 90s, from 1992 to 1995, we had the Carby D15 engine in our locally available Hondas.

Moving on to the late 90s, the 1996-2000 models came with either the D15Z4 o r the D16Y6 engine.

For the early 2000s, specifically 2001 to 2005, the local Civics featured the D15Y3 and D16W9 engines.

Afterward, the rest of the local Civics shared the same engine series as other countries.
