How to Transfer and Pay Token Tax

Bought a 2014 Islamabad-registered car from the first owner, who only has an old excise certificate and no smart card. He hasnt paid token tax since 2014. Now, I want to pay taxes and transfer it to my name with a smart card. Cant go to Islamabad, met many agents in South Punjab with different procedures and demands. Need guidance on the right way to proceed.

Hey, you can use the City Islamabad app to pay the token tax. Im not sure if it works for regular cards, but you can give it a shot. Also, consider finding an agent in Islamabad instead of your own city, as they might have better connections to get things done there.
