Brake Problem Corolla 2.OD 97

Dear Friends

I have problem in the Corolla 2.OD 1997 that Brake :Lever is loosed and cannot apply Brakes fully as very very Weak Brakes so i have visited Toyota Islamabad and they have checked and applied the Bleeding method on all 4 Wheels then they suspected one Rear Wheel have issue and then says its Cylinder is OK and then diagnised that Main Master Cylinder have some issue and need to be changed but at that time they were out of Stock of Master Cylinder so i came back.

I have checked Market new Master Cylinder Original JAPAN is of Rs. 4100/-

Please suggest according to your Experience as its master Cylinder issue and should i go for the Replacement or check some other things also.

Also if Replacement then should go for Replacement with JAPAN made or so called Kabli

company has already diagnosed the problem
i would suggest kabli if its cheaper then new

new parts quality is questionable! kabli is atleast genuine stuff
