Can a blown fuse cause the power window in my Suzuki Alto to stop working?

The power window in my Suzuki Alto has suddenly stopped working. I’ve checked everything, and I suspect it might be a blown fuse. Can a blown fuse really cause this problem, and how can I check and replace the fuse if it’s the issue?
