Can a faulty AC compressor affect the cooling performance of my Suzuki Alto’s AC?
I’ve been experiencing weak air conditioning in my Suzuki Alto, and it doesn’t seem to cool properly. Could a faulty AC compressor be to blame, and how can I check if this is the issue?

Yes, a faulty AC compressor can significantly affect the cooling performance of your Suzuki Alto’s air conditioning system. The compressor is the heart of the AC system. It compresses and circulates the refrigerant throughout the system, allowing the refrigerant to absorb and expel heat. If the compressor is damaged o r malfunctioning, the refrigerant won’t circulate properly, leading to warm air blowing out of the vents.
Solution:
Signs of a Faulty Compressor: If you hear strange noises like grinding o r squealing when the AC is on, o r if the AC doesn’t cool properly even after checking refrigerant levels, the compressor might be faulty.
Inspection and Repair: To diagnose a faulty compressor, a mechanic will check the system’s pressure and look for any signs of damage. If the compressor is found to be faulty, it will need to be replaced.
