Can a radiator leak in my Suzuki Alto be fixed temporarily, o r do I need to replace the radiator?

I’ve found a small radiator leak in my Suzuki Alto, and I’m wondering if it’s possible to fix it temporarily o r if I need to replace the radiator entirely. What are the best options for fixing a radiator leak, and how long can a temporary fix last?
