Car Number Plate Never Issued

Salam Fellas!

So, Im buying this 2018 car in Karachi, and guess what? It doesnt have regular number plates, but instead, it has these fancy ones. I asked the owner about it, and he said that the number plates were never issued. Im wondering if this will affect the cars resale value.

Any insights? Thanks!

Thats correct, there are instances where some license plates from 2016 are indeed missing.

All you need is a certificate from the Excise department stating that the specific number plate has not been issued. Obtaining this certificate is a simple process.
