Car Switch Suggestion Needed

Car Switch Suggestion Needed

I need some advice regarding my current car situation. I currently own a 2018 Honda City 1.5 manual, and Im interested in switching to a hybrid car. Im considering a 2010 Prius 1.5, which has been driven for 156k kilometers. The owner claims that the battery and ABS are in excellent condition. My main concern is achieving good fuel efficiency in a sedan car, and I want to avoid buying a 660cc car to maintain engine power and drive performance.

If the batteries and ABS are indeed in good shape, what other potential issues should I look out for before making a decision? Will switching to this hybrid car be a wise choice? Im worried about encountering frequent problems that could disrupt my daily activities. Your advice on possible issues and whether this switch is a good decision would be greatly appreciated.

I would not recommend transitioning from a 5-year-old car to a 13-year-old car. As cars get older, the likelihood of encountering issues tends to increase.

Additionally, its essential to consider the state of the hybrid battery in the 13-year-old car. Hybrid batteries typically have a lifespan of 8 to 10 years. Have you replaced the battery pack in this car? If so, when was it replaced?
