Check Light On Santro GV

i have santor GV.
i am having problem with my car in morning when i start my car, check ligt gets on and car speed enhance.
after 2 or 3 inutes check light gets off and car speed also get normal.
problem is faced in winter only.
any suggessions.

have the same problem in my baleno since the advancer was changed, but didnt hapend in the morning particularly. happenes wen the car is idle and im pressing the brake as hard as i can. havent got it checked but it happen that the check light appears and the RPM goes to around 2000-2500
