City 02 EXIS - Strange problem

Since yesterday i'm facing a strange problem with my car (city-02 EXIS).It's like whenever i decelerate without engaging clutch 'check engine' light comes on.I turn off the car and start her again and everything works fine till the time i had to apply brake.Rest of everything is fine.acceleration is gud,AC working fine.fuel avg same as before, nothing.
Couldn't understand wat might be the reason for it.(yup i have checked brake oil and it's all right).wanted to know if anyone can have any idea about it before i go for ecu diagnostic.

if ur car is on CNG then beter check its advancer, as i was facing same sort of problem in civic, i checked all sensors , washed throtle but the issue was there , then i went to nazir electrician at G-8, he sugested me to change advanver, after that check engine warning light never apeared.
