City 2005 Vario + Jhatkas + Help needed

i have a 2005 city vario with 59K on the clock. i bought it abt a mnth ago, it was fine then, gave it for serivice etc, got transmission fluid refilled and 60,000kms chk frm honda but after all this i have strted getting jerks while driving. I took it to honda they inspected and said they left some plug loose, drove it for a week, jerks were minimized but they have resurfaced again, cud it be transmission, cud it be loose plugs (doesnt make much sense to me), help needed!!
