the pick is fine..power is fine.. as it should be..

the problem which i am facing is BAD FUEL CONSUMPTION..
the car is doing like 9 km per liter with A/C

what needs to be serviced which is causing bad fuel consumption... it should be doing 12 to 14 even with A/c..

anybody who has maintained a honda city idsi. please guide me..

is the throttle body responsible for this and needs a service.. i need help on this one pls..

there is another slight problem..when i start the car.. the rpm goes to 1.6 thousand.. then it dips to 700 rpm .. then it comes back to around 1000 rpm..everytime...

Go to a trusted reliable filling station. Check tyre pressure. If your foot is hard on pedal, like on your diesel car, the consumption might be greater.

RPMs are usually high on cold start and then sit back to normal range after a couple of minutes.
