City idsi performance add on please

hi, want to increase the performance of my city... everything is completely original factory fitted yet, where should i start, how much should i keep in pocket?
i m also searching for the projector lights but couldnt find one yet, any body can tell me where should i look for them?

engien swap or forced induction (if you are serious abotu performance). or you could just save up your cash and buy a faster car.
