City rims

Hello i wanted to have soem info that
1) how much are the steermatic rims going to cost me .just the rims not with tyres
2) i have an I-dsi version of the city so i am planning to install steermatic rims to it so
a) will my car become fuel thirsty after i change it to 15" rims because the power being delivbered to them will not be 1.5l but that of 1.3 or 1.248
b)will my suspension become hard after i install 185/55r15 tyres to it

last but not least
is the suspension same for 1.5 and 1.3 version of honda city.
So why isn't honda giving rims in i-Dsi

THEY ARE NOT GIVING SAMES RIMS CAUSE EATHER.......THEY ARE ----- OR THEN WHAT DIFFERENCE WILL IT BE WITH IDIS OR V-TEC........
