City vario problem

I am having honda city 2004 automatic(vario) whenever I accelerate there is a sound like *GRRRRRRRR* and some jerks and then its okay.The cars driven 30,000 and No cng..Can any anybody tell me where the problem is?

its for u tell where the sound is coming from exactly
so that u may get a better advice for diagnosis

is the sound coming from the gear?engine?suspension?
