Cng installation in VTi 2005

hey wassup guys. listen, my dad has a civic 2004-5, mileage is 5000km. it is used as a second car and was bought in 2005. it is used as a second car. it gives 7.5km/litre on A/C. i am against the installation of cng with emulator and advancer but he says that petrol is becoming more and more expensive, is it ok to install cng in civic 2005 with low mileage, will it affect the engine?

thats the only problem, where can i get proper installation, can u advise any emulator/advancer types or company name or any reference from where in karachi shud it be done and which is the best kit for civic 2005?
