CNG problem in City 2005

Hi Guys I need ur some help. My Honda City 2005 is having sum problems with cng it doesnt keep stable rpms at high rpms it go good but on low rpms engine gets off, Mechanic guy told me that it require complete tunning. Is it really tunning needed or sumthng else as it is only 21000 kms driven

Better to get it tuned. You haven't tuned it even once in 21000 kms? There might be some issue with the accelerator wire or the place where it connects to the throttle body should get that checked too.
