Cng solution for vario/steermatic here
I'm conducting an exhaustive investigation into CNG Vario / steer matic. It started about a yr ago when I bought my steer matic. Started talking to people on pakwheels, the CNG gurus currently logas (Bilal) and kkkool (Rizwan Akram). Rizwan Akram at the time told me I was a crank type (CICR) of timing advance processor for CNG to work with the CVT, which came with my ride. I talked to other installers in Lahore prefer a manifold absolute pressure (MAP II) type advancer.
I would like to point out that kkkool said I better off w / o an advancer advancer than the wrong kind.
MAP II is the most advancer installed in CNG conversions between Honda City automata. Upon further investigation I found that, although in most cases works fine, but there are some shortcomings in CVT conversions. So at best its a hit and miss method.
CICR kind of timing advance processors are used by very few installers, but there is no incidence of non-use of a CVT CICR advancer. Landi Renzo STEP 78 is an example of CICR timing advance processor type.
The best setup I've happened
Landi Renzo TN1 / b regulator
Landi Renzo timing advance processor STEP 78
Landi Renzo LC01 Lambda control
Landi Renzo LR honda emulator.
I hope this helps some of you who want to install CNG in their vertical or steer matic.

nice info mate. I dont own a city got itself a liana, which is not CNG, and it gives me many problems now. Car has done 72k km. RPM drops, sometimes fires back, with AC it feels like ur on a 50 cc engine and the car feels very heavy while riding what do you suggest, while gasoline was fine. and yes one more thing to CNG gives great shock if you can help.
