Coolant from radiator cap..

hi..
today i noticed that when my cng mechanic was adjusting gas and when he pressed the pedal hard i saw some coolant seeped out of radiator cap..and there were no signs of heating...temp gauge was at normal position...and after reaching home when i again pressed the pedal hard there was no coolant seeping out ..i want to know if there is some problem with my radiator cap or what??
the car is vti prosmatec 02..

no it was placed perfectly in place..i was driving car since morning with ac..and i showed it to mechanic at about 5 pm..i was also surprised to see that because it is running perfectly fine..
