Difference between Red, green and Orange coolant

Difference between Red, green and Orange coolant

Asaalamo Alikum!

dear pakwheelers too much discussion about what brand of coolant / antifreeze is good, but I'm confused about the type of coolant that fit my car (or a general comment for Pakistan weather permitting).

The refrigerants available in the market are either green, red, orange, and there may be many more colors. there is no difference at all in their cooling / antifreeze potential?

I heard somewhere that green coolant is hazardous for the environment, but it is still used in Western countries? Why? Also, some people say that the red color coolants are superior?

so please suggest which coolant / antifreeze to the above colors (red, orange, green) is best for Pakistani cars.
or should we pick any coolant and it will work well on all cars as well?

expert advice you require.
