Corolla 1.6 GLI 2013, Fuel Average And Service Guidance

Salam to all members.

I got the car, 2014 model Corolla Gli 1.6 for two years and have the ODo at 92000. I got the oil and filter of this car changed at the regular intervals and I got the brake service. I faced some issues in my car and I need your advice. I have some issues with my car and please suggest me what I should to settle these issues in my car.

The fuel average in my car is 8 km/l in the city and 12 km/l on the highway o r motorway, when I do not cross over 130 km/h. is this speed fine o r I get it checked and what can be issue with the car.

This car runs fast but it does not feel smooth and I want to get it checked.
I do not need to have checkup and I want to go for a detailed checkup whether on Toyota Motors o r what aspects I need to discuss with them to check my car.
Like the fuel pump o r some other things.
