Corolla 1999 Brake problem

AOA Guys

I have a corolla 99 xe.

there is a unique braking problem in the car the problem is when the car is cold means when i start the car in morning or after two to three hours brake work quite well but after 6-7KM or after 15-20 minutes drive brake peddle become hard and brake didnt grip its grip decrease upto 70% i have visited three machenics including my old mechanics but problem is still there.

i have changed its brake pads,brake boster, barke clyinder, brake oil distribution t, vacuum valve but problem is still there.

so experts pls help i have spent a lot on above things.
