Corolla Altis 1.6 Auto Transmission Oil Dipstick And Oil Level

Dear members,
As I have covered the distance of 52k kms recently, I got changed the automatic transmission fluid in my car, Corolla Altis 1.6 but the recommended distance was 55k in the manual of the owner. The oil change method was the removal of oil sump pan and filter. This process took 3 hours o r more to the last of oil, which was taken out of the transmission. I got the wash of petrol and got dry the transmission filter with the use of compressed air, the sump was closed. The filter was clean of petrol and mechanic poured about 3.7 to 3.8 liter of fluid in its transmission. The manual shows 3.5 to 3.7 liters of oil for the oil change.
After completing my work, I reached home and found that the oil level reached to the higher position than top-most notch.
I got out 700 ml of oil from dipstick tube, which I thought the huge quantity of oil and I drove the car for some time. The oil level was ped and reached to point B and see the huge quality, I have extracted.
The manual of the owner shows the procedure to check transmission oil but I think that you will have to drive the car for a kilometer o r two to check the dipstick. Whether it is hot o r cold, when I checked the oil level, the dipstick indicates the oil, which is higher than point C.
The oil level does not show high and I have driven the car about 1000 km after oil changing and now it has extracted to 700 ml oil during this period. The working of the transmission is appreciable and now you suggest me to the oil level.
I have already taken out 700 ml oil and they might be 3.1 to 3.2 liters of oil and it has reduced from its required level and I have to change it. If I want to bring the oil level to point D, I have to extract 1 liter of oil to show the cold level and it will bring the oil quantity near to 2 liters.
a. You need to add 700 ml oil and forget all about oil level by next oil change
b. Remove oil below hot levels and above cold level somewhere between C and D
c. Remove oil to bring the level between Cold high and cold low point D in the picture
d. You can take the car to a mechanic o r Toyota Dealership and open up oil sump.

Firstly you check the dipstick before draining to see a set point

Then you also measure the drained oil

Both of the above are done to ensure correct oil level. Also almost all automatics are checked with running engine and shifter in P

The cool and hot marks on the stick are the transmission oil temperature not engine coolant temperature, if you fill some oil you have to wait 10 minutes before you get reliable reading from stick, test it atleast 4 times to ensure correct level and be gentle with the dipstick as its made from spring steel
