Corolla Altis Cruistronic, Need Your Help

Salam to all
I bought Altis Crustronic 1.6 2013 Model, and this car gave me 9 km/l mileage on highway with speed of 100 on Eco Mode. This car gives highest speed of 140 on motorway, I think there are some issues in my car and it gives fuel average + pick up problems. Please suggest me what should I do for its better performance and better fuel average.
The 1.6 automatic gives 12 km/ltr on highway and if there is an expert please suggest me.

what is maintenance history & odometer reading.

The economy for 1.6 auto is 11 km/L tops over the highway & 9 km/L in city, - delay in pickup & sluggish engine can be attributed to several maintenance related issues, however fuel consumption is perfectly fine.
