Corolla Gli Fuel Consumption Dropped

The car has clocked 7000km as of today. i took the car to toyota Rawal Motors after 5000km's. Replaced air filter, spark plugs, engine oil, oil filter.
The car was doing 13 to 13.5km/ltr by that time. the chief mechanic there manualy adjusted the air/fuel mixture.
since then the consumption has dropped to 11.5 to 12km/ltr.
i took the the coar later to Enercon but they said that the car was OK.

what can be done now for better fuel economy?

take yr car to toyota motors in i/10.n ask them to do computerise tunning....u know am having Xli n its doin 17km/ltr......n y did u changd the spark plugs???? u have to change them on 20,000 bro...just follow there instruction.
