Corolla Grande 2016 - Pre FL - Maintenance Ideas

Hello everyone,
It is my first time to post on this site and it is my first time to own a car. I drove this car about 71k kms and this car is still in the functional state. There is no maintenance record and I asked about the dealership and they suggested that this car has not been to Toyota dealership.
Toyota central told me the basic maintenance record, which was about 20k and it was added with the filter change and oil change and they started the visiting of the dealership and they can get the basic inspection and I visited the general mechanic to know all of the issues related to my car. The car A/C system will be felt failing to perform the cooling of the car during the summer season. I want to get the suggestion o r the right advice for the AC from the dealership.
I am waiting for the assistance and advice from the senior member of the group regarding the issues of my car.
