Does Cng Quantity In Cylinder Effects Performance

I heard from some mechanics that u need to have atleast 20 bars pressure in the cylinder otherwise adjustment kharab ho jati hai .....So what do u guys say....And i also wanna ask one thing if 1300 cc car gives me 3/rs per km in the city is it ok or expensive
