Estimated Cost of Paint job

Guys, I need information on car body painting. If part of your bumper is scraped (no dent or crack though), does it require the whole bumper to be painted, or just the affected part? I've heard that the whole bumper must be painted if it's a metallic colour, to avoid colour differences. But what if it's a dull color?

Secondly, what would be the ideal cost of this? I'm from Karachi, and I'm talking about a 5-6 inch area on the bumper that I need to get painted. It's a black Baleno by the way. Would I need to get the whole bumper painted, or will spraying just the affected area be enough?

you need to get your whole bumper painted.

there will be difference in matching black and white colours also,
its not just about metallic colours.
matching problem in black colour is even same.
