Experts. Need Help Regarding Santro Engine

hello my dear fellows,

i have santro its 94,000 Km driver 2004 model GV CLUB. the problem is i changed the engine oil from lahore and when i came back fsd after 2 days i checked engine oil it was NOTHING!! just a tip was wet in oil rest of the stick was CLEAN! even it was lower than the lowest level of oil ... i gave another refil of oil/

its second time ... someone told me that engine is weak and need new RINGS AND PISTONS ? please explain does this really need such change and if YES then is SHOWROOM the best place ??

im really worried but the car runs fine .. no problem in drive but OIL KHANAY lag gaye hai ... Help Me Out.
