Gear problem in brand new ALTO

I got my Alto VXR CNG from showroom when I was driving to the house I found the gears were so so and so hard that I couldnt switch b / w gears? speically it was in the first and second reverse gear?

Can you confirm me if it a factory fault or the problem will be solved within 2 or 3 days away?

Besides petrol and CNG both I push hard the car was not going more than 60 CNG and petorl no more than 70 to 80?

get gear oil level checked,chk if clutch paddle wire....
timing adjustment and tunning n also the alignment...cars dont come with wheels aligned,but they say tht they are aligned
