GOT SERIOUS PROB WID MA VITZ NEED HELP

Hey guys i got a serious prob wid ma vitz..
1) when my broter starts the car it gets started but after 15 20 secs it starts bubbling but doesnt gets off bcoz of automatic gear..but y does it BUUBLES.My broter changed the air filter but still the prob..
2) when my brother is driving whenever a gear shift is done a jerk is felt.
CAN any one tell me how to solve this . my brother went to jail road at heaven CNG fitting centrre the persons says when u r at signal make the gear at neutral other wise it will cause prob is this right or what mujhe to lagta hai ke woh chawli mar raha hai... he also tuned it a bit but no use
CAN ANY ONE HELP
