Help : ALTO VXR headlites

hi guys
i have an alto vxr 07. got it in jan this year. ma wife is a doc and she takes the car daily to the hosp. abt 2 months back she met an accident in which she banged a mehran taxi from rear. had to change the bumper, bonnet and rite fender, and the rite front headlite. now i have 2 problems with the car
1. the rite headlte's (the changed one) bulb has been burnt 5 times (gets fuse). have shown it to many electricians, but the problem is not getting solved.

2. the adjustment of the rite lite is not correct. the lite only illuminates the road RITE NEXT to the bumper. the fitting of the rite is correct though. the guy tried to adjust it with a screw driver, but he said SIR YEH TO FREE HO GAYA HAY. IS KA KUCH NAHEEN HO SAKTA. i even went to the suzukii guys and they said keh it cant be adjusted.

these two thiings really irritate me. can someone plz help me out.

if the screw is free take it to the repair wallas (the ones which repair plastic parts eg bumpers..lights..etc) they can probably fix it. my mehran got accidented and had a similar problem. i took it to this repair guy and he fixed the lights alignment. The suzuki ppl cant solve this problem as they only use 'professional ways' but using desi methods the light can be adjested. By the way is the holder properly fixed ? check tht too maybe its not in position. if this does not solve the problem ask a denter wat to do.
