Help honda city Brakes problem

I have this Honda City in December 2007 and today I went to service oil filter every 10k km for
I told them to fluids such as brake fluid etc when my car was everything was fine, but its a serious problem was the parking brake and the brakes were so damn tite porra mara fulll jab jaa kar i laga brake pedal went back told them to check the service manager masla tu tu ka handbrake to solve ho Giya but the brakes are still hard you have to press brakes easy application when I asked they said it's just the normal setting and we havent done anything with the brakes
Now can someone tell me in simple term what the engineers is there to say in Urdu ABT above the brake problem!

Do you want a great piece of advice? _uck this auhorised ND dealers to old familiar mechanics.they r ur ur good to you just when they have to pay substantial amount of money which they like to inspect the visiual ur car.

Agay peechay Sahi Baat tara b NAHI krty.same happened to my city me.took service @ 20k kms.they the jammed tight handbrake.itni KR di k vo pakki game he was talking slow k k sat.i gari buht mushqil sy chalti thi.khari gari ko do teen banday b dhakka lagaen phr b nai hilti thi.next day I went back to the ND told the idiots brake.still loosen, they were saying g k nai theek hoti he AISI HY HY .... Beep Beep Beep then heard sum stuff frm me ... They agree that thers a brake probelm.loosen ND was ok.

Now what you shud do is go back to them after the payment of this sum preety big wid abuse, ask them to ur car fixed as it was probably before.most, HAV she did the same as the mine.tightened Brake far beyond shud b.
