Help me choose b/w Yoko options
Help me choose b/w Yoko options
AoA Bros - I am in a fix regarding the selection of new tires for my 2008 Civic. I have the following options, help me choose one:
1 - Yokohama A-Drive 195/65-R15
2 - DB Yokohama 195/65-R15
3 - Yokohama ASPEC 300 195/65-R15
All I need is a smooth and bump-less travel, which is not the case with what I have now (Euro Star, which comes with new Civic). Please guide me to achieve this requirement.
One of the other posts, I found out that DB was a loud band, but I had a look at one of the shops, but I do not think it is. Please comment.
A drive belt seems too soft. Is there a disadvantage of a band that is too soft?
Thanks in advance

I had my Civic EXI ASPEC A300 in 2005 and I drove the car for 50,000 km with these tires. She gave some excellent performances. I drove my car to 195 kmh with those tires and the ride was not bumpy, even at that speed. Now few days back, I got the tires of my car changed. Now I Yokohama S306. These bands are superb. In general, Yokohama's tires are good (althogh I found Dunlop and Bridgestone before going to the store), but the shopkeeper told me to go to Yokohama (I know shopkeeper very good) and so I relied on his opinion and im very happy with that!
Yokohama A-Drive and DB are also very good tires, so go for each of the three listed above.
