Optimum for City

Optimum for City

I recently changed my Honda City tyres to Michilin 185 / 60 R 15 from General 165 /60 R 13.
During my first long journey I observed more then normal tyre noise. Other then that there was no abnormality. Please advise if this change is OK?

model??approax speed at which u observed this problem?were the tyres properly inflated??
