Help needed with serious modification

hey guys.I was thinking of getting a car with cool looks and excellent performance & all of that in REASONABLE BUDGET 2 to 2.5 LACS.after thinking some time and doing some research I have decided a Daewoo Racer would be perfect.first of all its EFi and i have owned it b4 and its quite good performance wise.but its expensive to maintain.otherwise its good.NOW i need suggestion from u guys.if i buy a totally stock racer which ill get in less than 200k WITH CNG,SORRY 4 PETROL ITS EXPENSIV MAN now for the cool looks what shud i install i mean alloy rims and tyres,neon lights,spoiler,bumpers crystal headlights, side skirts & sound blaster exhaust.what will they cost and where shud i get them coz i live in HYD and i can go to KHI for this.and what u guys suggest performance wise.another thing guys,daewoo is not power steering,i want to know whether it can be made into one.and how much will it cost.HELP ME OUT HERE GUYS.MAYBE OTHERS LIKE ME WOULD ALSO GET SOME MUCH NEEDED INFO.and please mention prices

man, ur SERIOUS falls seriously short of wht serious is to ME. if u want body mods only then u have to think them up! everybodys got their own style. u have to decide urself what u should do for body mods. one good place to get u going is "Need of Speed: Underground II"! lols. And btw, if u, or anyone else wants their daewoo to be converted to a Cielo (Each and EVERY bit and piece, except for the original chassis), then i can point out a guy in pesh. He smuggles in Cielos from Afghanistan. Man, those cars are better in quality then Honda and Toyota of Pakistan combined! plus they have DOHC engines, i think 1.8l but i am not sure. they guy said they were 2.2l but i doubt it. what he does is, he strips a regular daewoo racer of EVERYTHING and bolts on all the stuff from the Cielo. I suggest tht buy a completely worn out daewoo, which shouldnt cost more than Rs.100000, and give it to this guy. He'll give u a Cielo which will be completely legal as the chassis is the same. the best thing is, all this will cost u no more than Rs.325000 or so!
