Help Needed.. Alto Rpm Drop

Hi all experts,
Your brother is in a problem .. I have an Alto VXR CNG 2007. I am facing a little problem in it. When the car is running on CNG and standing idle, there is no vibration is the engine means the engine is totally stable, but as soon as the radiator fan starts when the car reached the required temperature(dan is automatic), the engine drops the rpm and it seems like the engine is trying to die but it does not turns off but starts vibrating and becomes low in power.
When the radiator fan stops after some time the engine comes back to the normal position. I got my cng tunes but in vain. It does not happens if the car is on petrol. I got my car checked from Suzuki Adil Zafar Motors in lahore and they told me that the timing advancer has a fault and it would be either replaced or repaired, cost 7000 and 1200 respectively.
I do not agree with them as if it was a fault of the advancer, the pick would also be low but the pick is fantastic.

Please help me regarding this problem, i am sure to get very helpful answers from the experts here.

Alto k carburetor k saath back side per ek adjustable switch laga hota hay,jaab aap head light on kertay ho ya koi aur electrical load perta hay tu wo engine ki rpm ko increase kerdayta hay taakay current drop honay ki wajah say engine vibrate na keray.Get the rpm adjusted through this switch whenever fan is running.
