Honda city 08-need comments and help

helloo ..
I recently changed my plugs NGK stock plugs some tips .. Previously I've been using the Bosch 4 tip FR78x, givin to me quite satisfactory performance and economy on CNG / gasoline ...
Second, using Zic i'v been a plus, and now has shifted to a suggestion by MOBIL mechanics .. Now the thing is, I felt a huge difference in the pick-up and low fuel consumption, both CNG and gasoline, the car seemz of breath, even if I pedal on the floor, the answer is very bad .. and now the car almost refusing to climb up steep slopes, tried hard to reach Monale, but alas no more!

What could the possible reasons! got the tappet and throttle body cleaning is done by Honda guys a few months back and I think there is no problem with that Dun ..

I was havin a vague idea that I recently upgraded audio setup, and the electrical load is too much on the car, as it can be a possible reason?
neeed ur expert help!
