Honda City 2001 heating up ... :S

Ok my dad got this 2001 City from his office.

Mint condition ... was sent to Honda Motors day before we got it to get it all checked.

One little problem ... its heating up ... the temprature rises to a bit below half point. Even after a drive of like 5-10 mins.

Checked the coolant ... looking fine to me ... bottle filled up. Any idea ? What to check ?

car may be its because in khi the weather is so hot .
its like 40 45%
ab normal garri bhi aise karay gi .
thats what i think .
kuch garian aise karteen hain.
yah to engine mein water kam hai check the engine water . or its because of the weather
