Honda City 2007 Radiator water issue

Honda City 2007 Radiator water issue

Assalam o alaikum.
I have a Honda City 2007 Idsi Manual, I recently got it’s AC’s bearing changed awaz karrha tha bht plus got it tuned snd all the fluids were changed. Now the issue is the radiator water is getting low. I drive daily from gulshan to dha phase 2, without AC, the water gets 1-1.5 litre low, while if drive this long with AC on, the car gets heated up. And the water is evaporated fully. I mean it gets empty.
1-I’ve got the AC bearing changed recently.
2-Radiators lines/pipes got checked are fineno leakage.
3-My mechanic doesn’t have a solution to this.
4-Ac is working ok.
Any recommendations what should i get checked??
JazakAllah

I think the best course of action would be to go for a pressure test. That could help determine where the leak is coming from and hence resolve it.

It is also highly possible that it could just be your radiator cap that has gone bad which doesn't allow the cooling system to maintain pressure and therefore overflow.

Also is your fan automatic o r direct?
Do you have a thermostat in place o r has that been removed?
